Sartharion 10 man with 3 drakes in my eyes is alot harder than the 25 man version. Again just like 25 man DPS has to be high in order to kill shadron before the raid runs out of cooldowns so the Main Tank doesn’t get one-shotted. The tactic we use is more or less a zerg tactic with no-one in the raid taking portals until shadron has been slain.

We used a 3 Tank, 2 Healer, 5 DPS setup

Sartharion with 3 drakes has to be one of the most demanding encounters in WotLK content.

The learning curve is a bit steep from 2 Drakes to 3, but trying to do this encounter on a server that runs as fast as my amstrad is an achievement on its own.

After a night of wiping and unlucky deaths to server lag he was down within a few hours, we should have tried the 3 drake encounter sooner, its a typical move out of the fire fight + high DPS on the drakes and blow all cooldowns on MT to reduce flame breath damage. When Shadron dies the encounter is pretty much over.

Welcome to the New look for Ad Infinitum’s home page and forums.
The site is Functional but not yet 100% complete - That i am hoping to do in the next few days.
